1. Applications Consultant (Support)

You will assist in resolving a diverse range of user support issues and conduct user training and ensure that all customer enquiries and feedbacks are handled appropriately.

Pre-Requisites:

w Min Diploma in IT, Computer Studies or its equivalent

w 1-2 years' computer-related support experience

w Knowledge of Visual Basic V5.0, Microsoft Access and Networking will have added advantage

w Possesses problem solving and critical thinking skills.

w Highly motivated and adaptable to fast changing environment.

w Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

w Good understanding of customer services and managing customer satisfaction.

w Preference will be given to those with business knowledge in freight, transport or logistics industries.

2. Senior/Applications Development Consultants

This is a career where you can expect abundant opportunities to show your technical strength, solutioning capability and application software or framework development competency to help users to resolve supply chain challenges. You may be involved in development, requirement study, solution proposing, detailed specification preparation, testing as well as project management to support and further enhance our leading supply chain execution suites into world number one supply chain solution.

Pre-Requisites:

w Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or its equivalent

w Minimum 2 years’ of solid application software development experience in Java environment is a must

w Hands-on experience with XML, EDI project, supply chain application, Mule/ESB, J2EE, Web Service, JDO, and HTML is preferred

w Required to work with our Shanghai development center and global offices in U.S. and Europe. Hence, strong command of the English language is crucial for the job.

w Familiar and strong in one or more internet infrastructure technologies such as Web Logic, JBOSS, Oracle database, Linux, Windows 2003 Server, etc. will be advantageous

w Occasional traveling is required

3. Senior/Solutions Sales Manager – Hong Kong

We’re searching for a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional interested in joining our high-energy, fast-paced team as a Senior Solutions Sales Manager. This senior position reports directly to the Director and is responsible for revenue and business growth for International and Regional sales in Asia Pacific region. He/She has to identify market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline to exceed sales quota with quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

A strong communicator and experienced sales candidate with at least 3 to 8 years in software solutions selling will be advantage. You should be a team player, excellent presentation skills and able to work independently with minimum support from management.

Pre-Requisites:

· Diploma/ Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies related disciplines

· More than 3 years of consultative selling experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other ERP business solutions to medium to large size corporations

· Aggressive, self-motivated, independent with excellent account management skills

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

· Reading and Speaking in Japanese is a plus

· Travelling is required
