You will be responsible for selling software solutions, targeted towards the freight and logistics service providers. Your role is to drive current business relationships to a higher level of performance whilst identifying, prospecting and establishing new business accounts as well as executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. To succeed, you will need to prospect actively and network extensively with customers and partners, and must be result-oriented as you will be quota and commission driven.

Degree in Logistics or Sales and Marketing or Business Studies related disciplines
At least 3 - 5 consultative selling experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other ERP business solutions to medium to large size corporations
Aggressive, self-motivated, independent with excellent account management skills
Good analytical and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Occasional travelling is required

Senior/Applications Development Consultants

This is a career where you can expect abundant opportunities for you to show off your technical strength, solutioning capability and application software or framework development competency to help users to resolve supply chain challenges. You may be involved in requirement study, solution proposing, architectural and detailed designing, coding, testing as well as project management to support and further enhance our leading supply chain execution suites into world number one supply chain solution.

Pre-requisites:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ of solid application software or application framework development experience in Java environment is a must
Hands-on experience with AJAX, Swing, Struts, JDO, Hibernate, J2EE, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, HTML, and XML is preferred
Required to work with our Shanghai development center and global offices in U.S. and Europe. Hence, strong command of the English language is crucial for the job.
Those with strong interest, experience and capability in developing Java framework to support application development teams can expect to join our framework development team
Familiar and strong in one or more internet infrastructure technologies such as Oracle 10g AS, BEA Web Logic, IBM Web Sphere, JBOSS, Oracle 10g database, Microsoft SQL 2005 Server, SUN Solaris, IBM AIX, Linux, Windows 2003 Server, etc. will be advantageous
Occasional travelling is required

Senior/Applications Consultant (Project)

You will participate in consulting activities in pre-sales and post-sales cycles. Activities include conducting on-site consulting, software interface and customisation, project implementation and management to produce quality deliverables. You will also maintain high credibility and client perceived value of our solutions and services.

Pre-requisites:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Computer Science or its equivalent with 2-3 years’ relevant experience
Project consultancy and project management skills with experience in mega/high value IT project delivery will be advantageous
Successful track record of progression in software and business applications implementation for the IT/transportation and logistics industries is preferred
Sound knowledge of e-business applications with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Certificate in CITPM or PMI will be preferred
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with China offices
Able to work independently and under pressure
Occasional travelling is required
