Kewill Sponsors the Supply Chain
Asia Young Professional Forum
Many of us have heard of the “old boys’ network”. Essentially, we all realized that the senior professionals and those who do business with each other often have their own exclusive networking that enable them to come together to share and collaborate. How then do young professionals join such network?
The Supply Chain Asia Young Professional Forum is one such 'old boys' network that Kewill sponsors in July 2008 to help the young guns of the logistics and supply chain industry to mingle with the 'old boys' for a learning experience, future
development and career growth in the industry.
This inaugural Young Professional Forum, part of Supply Chain Asia Conference was attended by more than 150 industry veterans who gathered together to understand the "Challenges of Managing Asian Young Talents", a keynote address by Mr Teo Ser Luck (MCYS & Ministry of Transport) and a panel discussion and perspectives from the logistics 'big boys' such as UPS and The Logistics Institute.
Kewill, dedicated to the development of Supply Chain
Industry in Asia and training the next generation of Supply Chain professionals has also undertaken other initiatives such as sponsoring the Singapore Logistics Association Book Prize annually and supporting education institutions with logistics solutions and training materials.
